Our private residential home features meticulously designed spaces built for upscale comfort, safety, and community interaction. Your Base Rate covers the essential foundations of premium senior living.
Private Room
$5,000/month
Includes: Fully private luxury bedroom, premium living space, maximum privacy, three gourmet chef-prepared meals daily, all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry, and daily housekeeping services.
Shared Room
$4,500/month
Includes: Companion-style luxury layout, shared living space, three gourmet chef-prepared meals daily, all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry, and daily housekeeping services.
Personalized Care Tier — Level of Care Fee
So you only pay for the support your loved one requires, our Healthcare Administrator conducts a thorough pre-admission clinical assessment. This places your loved one into a dedicated Care Tier, ranging from $500 to $3,000 per month. Our home is uniquely licensed under Texas HHS parameters to accommodate both active Type A residents and higher-acuity, complex Type B care needs.
Tier 1: Supportive Care
$500 – $1,200
per month
Best for: Residents who are mostly independent but benefit from a structured, safe environment.
- Complete medication tracking, scheduling, and pharmacy refill management
- Regular vital signs monitoring
- 24/7 staff oversight
- Standby assistance with minor daily activities
Tier 2: Enhanced Care
$1,300 – $2,100
per month
Best for: Residents needing hands-on, daily physical support or navigating early-to-mid stage cognitive transitions.

- Direct, physical assistance with activities of daily living — bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Specialized dietary tracking

Tier 3: High-Acuity / Comprehensive Care
$2,200 – $3,000
per month
Best for: Residents with advanced care requirements, comprehensive memory care needs, or severe mobility limitations requiring full physical assistance (Type B acuity levels).
